Our Location

True-spring operates from our studio in Shoreditch, East London. While we primarily work with orders placed through our website, visitors are welcome by appointment if you'd like to see our maps in person before ordering.

We typically respond within one business day. For urgent matters related to existing orders, please include your order reference in the subject line.

Working Hours

Our studio operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 GMT. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the following business day.

We observe UK public holidays, during which response times may be extended slightly.

Custom Projects

We occasionally undertake commissioned work for organizations requiring specialized cartography. This might include heritage sites developing visitor materials, tourism boards planning new trail systems, or publications needing original maps.

Custom projects typically require 3-6 months from initial consultation to delivery, depending on scope. Contact us with details of what you're looking for, and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate it within our schedule.

Feedback and Corrections

If you've used our maps and noticed something that should be updated—a closed path, changed access information, or inaccurate detail—please let us know. We incorporate this feedback into our annual revisions.

Include specific location details and, if possible, photos documenting the issue. We maintain a database of user-reported updates and credit contributors when their corrections appear in revised editions.
