You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without explicit written permission from True-spring.
Product Information and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Pricing

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund within 14 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. True-spring is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
You may return unused maps in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
If a map is damaged during shipping or contains printing defects, we will replace it at no charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the defect.
Limitation of Liability
Our maps are designed for recreational and informational purposes. They should not be used as the sole means of navigation for safety-critical activities.
